Winter's Pace Pyramid

This workout is a unique pyramid structure designed to build intensity progressively and then bring it back down, testing your muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity. Aim to keep your rest periods short between exercises, but take strategic breaks on the higher rep sets to maintain form. Focus on a strong, controlled movement on the Romanian Deadlifts and explosive power on the burpees.
