This is a challenging RFT (Rounds For Time) workout designed to hit your entire body. Aim for a consistent pace, but be prepared to break up sets, especially on the squats and pushups. Focus on controlled movements and efficient transitions between exercises to maximize your effort.

- Squats 20 reps
- Pushups 15 reps
- Romanian Dead Lift 10 reps
- Step Back Lunge L 8 reps
- Step Back Lunge R 8 reps
- Burpees 5 reps
