The Winter's Pace Setter
This is a challenging RFT (Rounds For Time) workout designed to test your muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity. Focus on maintaining a consistent, strong pace throughout all rounds, rather than sprinting and crashing. Break up the burpees and lunges strategically to ensure you can complete them unbroken or with minimal breaks.
4 rounds of:
- Burpees 10 reps
- Step Back Lunge L 15 reps
- Step Back Lunge R 15 reps
- Romanian Dead Lift 20 reps
- Pushups 20 reps
