This is an RFT workout designed to challenge your full body. Complete 5 rounds for time, moving quickly between exercises. Focus on maintaining good form, especially during the Romanian Deadlifts, and try to minimize rest to maximize the intensity.

5 rounds of:

  1. Dumbbell Row 15 reps
  2. Romanian Dead Lift 15 reps
  3. Pushups 15 reps
  4. Squats 15 reps
