This chipper combines dumbbell and bodyweight exercises for a full-body challenge. Complete all reps of each exercise before moving to the next, taking short breaks as needed. Focus on maintaining good form throughout, especially on the Romanian Dead Lifts, and don't hesitate to adjust the weight on the dumbbell exercises as needed.
