Five rounds for time. This workout combines dumbbell exercises with bodyweight movements for a full-body challenge. Choose a dumbbell weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout. Break the squats and lunges into smaller sets if needed to maintain pace.

5 rounds of:

  1. Dumbbell Row 12 reps
  2. Shoulder Press 12 reps
  3. Step Back Lunge L 10 reps
  4. Step Back Lunge R 10 reps
  5. Pushups 15 reps
