This is a high-intensity AMRAP designed to test your cardiovascular capacity and muscular endurance. Aim to maintain a consistent pace throughout the 12 minutes; avoid going all-out on the first couple of rounds. Focus on fluid transitions between exercises and keep your core engaged, especially during the lunges and burpees.
