This is a 15-minute AMRAP that will test your muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity. Focus on finding a sustainable pace for the entire 15 minutes; avoid going all-out too early. Break up the burpees strategically to maintain consistent work on the other exercises, and aim to keep your rest periods as short as possible.
