This is a challenging AMRAP designed to test your muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity. Focus on finding a sustainable pace for each movement, especially the burpees, and try to minimize your rest between exercises to maximize your rounds. Aim for consistent, unbroken sets on the lunges if possible.
