This is a Tabata-style workout designed to hit multiple muscle groups with high intensity. Alternate between the prescribed exercises, giving maximal effort during work intervals and recovering during rest. Focus on maintaining good form even as fatigue sets in; it's better to have slightly fewer reps with good technique than many with poor form.

  2. Lateral Arm Raise 10 reps
  3. High Knees 10 reps
