This high-intensity RFT workout is designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your full-body stamina. Because we are cycling through these movements for five rounds, prioritize a consistent, sustainable pace over explosive speed in the first two rounds. Focus on maintaining a clean rhythm on the lunges to keep your balance, and break the high rep count of jumping jacks into two sets if you feel your heart rate redlining.

  2. High Knees 30 reps
  3. Jumping Jacks 30 reps
  4. Step Back Lunge L 15 reps
  5. Step Back Lunge R 15 reps
