This is a challenging RFT (Rounds For Time) workout designed to push your muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity. Focus on maintaining a consistent pace across all rounds; avoid going all-out on the first two rounds. Remember to actively engage your core and maintain good form, especially on the lunges and Romanian Deadlifts, to prevent injury and maximize effectiveness.

  3. Romanian Dead Lift 12 reps
  4. Pushups 15 reps
  5. High Knees 45s
