This is a high-intensity RFT (Rounds For Time) that will test your full-body conditioning and muscular endurance. Focus on maintaining a consistent pace throughout all rounds to maximize your effort. Keep your core engaged during the lunges to ensure proper form and prevent injury.

  1. Romanian Dead Lift 15 reps
  2. Step Back Lunge L 12 reps
  3. Step Back Lunge R 12 reps
  4. High Knees 40 reps
  5. Pushups 15 reps
