This is a high-intensity RFT (Rounds For Time) that focuses on full-body conditioning and strength endurance. Pace yourself wisely, especially on the burpees and lunges, to maintain a consistent effort throughout all rounds. Focus on controlled transitions between exercises to maximize efficiency.
