Aim for a consistent pace throughout, breaking up reps on the lunges and Romanian Deadlifts strategically to maintain efficiency. Focus on controlled movements and a strong core to maximize your effort.

- Squats 20 reps
- Step Back Lunge L 10 reps
- Step Back Lunge R 10 reps
- Romanian Dead Lift 15 reps
- Dumbbell Row 12 reps
- Pushups 15 reps
