This is a high-intensity AMRAP designed to hit your entire body with a mix of strength and cardio. Focus on finding a consistent pace you can maintain for the full 15 minutes; it's better to go slightly slower and unbroken than to sprint and break yourself early. Keep your core engaged throughout all movements, especially during the Kettlebell Swings and Burpees.
