Shoulder & Arm Siege
This is a challenging 15-minute AMRAP designed to isolate and exhaust the shoulders and arms. Focus on maintaining strict form during the curls and band pull-aparts rather than rushing, as the goal is metabolic fatigue in the target muscles. Find a sustainable pace on the burpees to ensure you can jump straight into the next set without excessive rest.
