This is an AMRAP designed to prioritize postural integrity and mobility under fatigue. Focus on the 'Chest Openers' and 'Goalposts' as active recovery periods to reset your shoulder blades, while maintaining a steady, controlled tempo on the strength movements. If your form breaks down during the rows or deadlifts, pause for a few seconds to reset your spine before continuing.
