New Year's Eve Power Burst
This is a Tabata workout designed to deliver a high-intensity metabolic blast as we approach the new year. Focus on maximal effort during each work interval, but maintain control to ensure good form. Aim to complete as many repetitions as possible within each 20-second work period.
